After 14 days points should be reversed!

For IDFC: Don't redeem points today for vouchers. They debited my points, and the vouchers are not being generated. When I called them, they said there is an ongoing issue, and will get resolved in 24 hours.

Yes correct there is some issues because yesterday the 1 pt value was 16.66₹ for amazon shopping voucher so i redeemed 10k Amazon shopping gv for 600 pts only. Now 1 pt value is 0.25₹
