How to apply for a new millennia dc online in hdfc

I just got a new 2nd account opened today, and I want to apply for a new millennia debit card, currently its showing no debit cards linked to this account. Still, as far as I know MoneyBack Debit Card should have been issued automatically.

Branch visit mandatory. No other option. Take a cancelled cheque of that 2nd account with yourself, else not possible.

Take Millenia dc if they have in kit, else take rupay platinum (₹236) and then upgrade from app.

Charges will be debited for both dc, i.e ₹236+₹590, but u can request reversal.

Go to branch. Any hdfc branch.
Ask for eAGE form.
Fill your details of the account for which you want card. on the front as well as on back same number.
For the millennium code is VLC50. Its important.
Sign the form and submit.
Mostly they do ekyc but sometimes it doesn't work so they may ask for original AADHAAR PAN. just bring it with yourself they will print it for you.

Ask for eAGE specifically. Most of them don't know it exists.
They don't even know you can take new DC via this form.
All they care about is boring you with insurance fd demat term plan for the time you spend in the branch so BRACE YOURSELF.

If I first upgrade my relationship to classic program and after that i apply for millennia debit card via eAGE form then no charges will be deducted right?

After getting the default debit card then it can be upgraded to millennia.
That's all I can say. But it's chargeable as it's a digi save account as far as remember from OP's last post
My Digiyouth account just got opened today. Will I still receive the default debit card as this is my second savings account? In netbanking/Mobile banking it's still not showing any debit card linked to Digiyouth account.

I'm uncertain since I opened the regular account a few days back, and I received the upgrade options right away, which is why I mentioned that.

However, if @Anupama_Jha is indicating that digi save accounts do not automatically receive a Debit card, you might try applying for one through net banking or at the branch.

I would recommend waiting for 48 to 72 working hours.

Perhaps they have issued a Debit card, but if not, you still have the option to apply.

It's not about Digisave youth or any other variant. Op opened 2nd hdfc ac, in this case they never send DC. You have to visit branch mandatorily.
