Guys, I had 406 balance in my IOB account and today I tried to redeem some RSDC voucher and it failed. I checked in the app and account balance is showing -95 and total balance is showing -596. but no transaction is there in statement. Customer care is saying amount is put on hold in Lien but unable to tell why. Can anyone please help whats happening with my account ? @Ram1 @zomatoo

Actually amount in lien is 501. Balance was 406, so 406-501= -95 is available balance. and It seems they put 501 twice on hold, means -95-501= -596 which is shown as total balance. Now I've transferred 1000 in account and redeemed 1 voucher for Rs 1 and now available balance is 904 and total balance is 403, whis is 1002 (501*2) less what is should be.
