Hi Friends,

hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Guys update as of 6th july 2024:
Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags

You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

MAX is addon for fastag, it doesn't have any affect on fuel payments

If this way is not working then ask staff for Drivetrack Plus machine and use FASTag sale option in that.

Yes that works.. But I felt having hp pay was better to organize transaction details.

Yes DTP was my saver many times since in Chennai pumps many times they say hp pay code is down not sure whether they are on monthly limit post which they won’t accept it or some additional charges by hp post their threshold

Has HP pay stopped linkage of fastag option?
I registered on HP pay and I dont see fastag option in the payment methods.

I did KYC on HP Pay and it's showing pending for approval.

Already raised fuel enablement request on icici myfastag portal.

Does it show linking fastag in HP pay app even if fuel payments are disabled in fastag?

Yes now it shows in payment method.

No I raised the request via fastag portal only.
And today I checked, it got rejected.
Upon enquiring with customer care, they informed it is rejected because no fastag transactions were there in 90 days.
Anyways, I'll be travelling out of town this weekend so it'll happen and then will raise again.

customer.care@icicibank.com should be enough for a simple request.

I am using IDFC, last month came to know until Full KYC is done, limit would be very less. I completed Full KYC (very few locations in NaviMumbai), now not finding any issue at all.

Normal cust care if but mention in subject as fastag so that they will route it
A recharge also a transaction
Need not to be a toll gate debit

U can load the hp wallet and scan and pay at pump
But u should have wallet load rewarding card
Mcc may be of fuel but not sure

Yes in person, they keep a machine to validate our finger print from Aadhar and OTP
