Millennia Need suggestion on HDFC CC

Hey Guys,

There is offer going on to get LTF HDFC millennia CC,

Currently I hold
HDFC Tata Neu Infinity
Rupay Freedom - 7 months old
Both has shared limit of 7.5lac

I got call for Millennia CC but when I informed I hold TNI and Freedom then they said I'm not eligible.

I checked with customer care they are saying no offer for upgrade.

I need suggestion from your experience on getting millennia or any better HDFC CC

Actually I have Tata Neu Infinity LTF too which I don't want to close otherwise they will not offer core card because of co-branded one

Again You try to write to the grievance/pno by sending the soft copies of your salary slips. It took 2 months for me to upgrade my MB+ to Millennia.

I send my email to grievance only to upgrade existing Freedom (8months old) Card to Millennia 😕

Escalate it to Pno. Maybe they can help you.

If they still don't do anything it, after some few weeks try via credit card agent via a branch, RM might not be able to help you. But a credit card agent can help for manual card upgrade.
