got a alert from rbl bank in my CIBIL that they did hard enquiry about credit card…I didn’t even applied anywhere …any same experience anyone ? Fastest way to remove it ?…I am tired mailing every bank to remove my enquiry 😐

same here bro. i got call from paisabazar about rbl cc i said no and cut call. after 1 hour i got email that your cibil change when i checked i found rbl did inquiry. complained to paisabazar they said they took action against agent. but I'm yet to receive any confirmation what action was taken against that agent.

I have also written to Axis Bank for duplicate credit enquiry removal at the same time. After sharing the CIBIL report, this is the reply I got from the nodal office.

Lagta hai in Bankbazaar Paisabazar walo ka yehi reply hai sabke liye. My RBL enquiry was done by Bankbazaar employee. I have threatened them with RBI Banking Ombudsman. So far two person called in 2 days and said sorry but I told them to revert me on mail and mention the same points but they are hesitant to mention these points in mail. Written nahi Dena chahte ye log.
