Tata Neu HDFC LTF Offer

I got a LTF offer for the Tata Neu card. I already have a LTF Infinia. Want to know if anyone has already applied and got this as second card. Does it impact your existing card?

My Limit for Tata Neu Infinity card is being displayed as 5000 since last week.
Though the message says it will be reverted to my Shared credit limit (from my HDFC DCB credit card), within 5 working days, I am not sure how long this should actually take. I think its been about 4 or 5 days since I was assigned this card?

Can anyone let me know how long does this take?

As soon as the message from HDFC comes, your card has been delivered ...Original limit as per your existing card will be shown on tata neu app also.

This is the mail I received from HDFC Bank regarding Tata Neu Card Decline. But they should do the re-verification in that case. What kind of irresponsible reply is this?

Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com...then It might get approved.

My card was approved last monday and delivered 2 days ago. Today I got the message that card was dispatched, have to wait then 😅.

Yes then raising might help..in my case limit restored very next day after phsical delivery of card..(Overall 4th day)..

After holding HDFC credit card for 10+ years, holding Infinia for 3+ years and decent credit limit, this NEU card application was rejected.

I had received the LTF offer and then after applying, I was informed that the application has been rejected due to "documents you submitted did not meet our Credit Card application guidelines."

Even though there were no documents that were taken from me.

Got physical card as well on Saturday. The limit still shows 5k.

Will wait till tomorrow to see if my shared limit is applied to this card as well - if not will raise this with CC.

i am planning to use payzapp-bhim combo but i am afraid that the bank might close the card (and even my existing LTF card) . though there is nothing that we are exploiting, and we are only using the option given to us in payzapp and even neu encouraging us to use the rupay-upi, hdfc can do anything.

If they want to block cards then they have to block more than 25% of issued neu cards
Hdfc won’t do any
Downside will be once all banks come on rupay upi cc they will together identify some solution to fix paying other card cc by rupay cc
Until then it will exist
ICICI still no symptoms for rupay cc when they come in all will get fixed

I have not used this card

This works. Try this. It happened with me as well after dropping mail card was approved.

He has infinia , so he has also the option to approach infinia priority support to address his issue..

I have a hunch that they rejected because they might've stopped all LTF offers - to promote the League game that is going on.

I mailed on this only and then got these kinds of replies. Today they asked me to submit residence proof.
