for new application of magnus no renewal benefits if we pay renewal fees?

Recently i was talking to Axis Bank customer care and they told me that i am eligible for upgrade my existing card (either of the card i can choose to upgrade from my 3 existing card) to AXIS Magnus.

Currently i am having 3 LTF AXIS Card with 468000 credit limit as aggigigate as follows.

1) Flipkart - 300000
2) Myzone - 300000
3) IOCL - 468000

While talking they told me that the benefit of 1 flight voucher or 10k TATA Click voucher is only applicable while you opt for Magnus as welcome offer and afterward you dont get it even if you pay the renewal fees for Magnus.

is it really true now and is it mentioned anywhere? because on their official website it's still mentioned that Joining/Annual/ benitues are applicable

This clearly says that 10,000/- Rs annual Welcome and benefit for Magnus. Why discuss unnecessarily with those stupid CC guys.

I have been using the axis Flipkart for over an year and it has a credit limit of Rs 77,000/-

Can someone tell me as to whether I can get my myzone card upgraded to axis magnus? If yes, How long do I need to wait since I literally just got the card? How to upgrade it, can it be done online or do I need to call customer support?

Can someone tell me as to whether I can get my myzone card upgraded to axis magnus? If yes, How long do I need to wait since I literally just got the card? How to upgrade it, can it be done online or do I need to call customer support?

If I share my example then I first got Flipkart as LTF with credit limit of 150000 then I applied for Myzone and got with credit limit of 300000 after that I applied for IOCL (Rejected twice and was approved on 3rd attempt) and got with 468000. One day I show option for credit limit to increase in App itself to 300000 for Flipkart.
Recently I contacted customer care for the issue on IOCL reward point issue and they told me that I am eligible for Magnus for upgrade on any of the 3 card. I don’t know how they provide this offer but currently it auto approved for me and I will apply it soon.

Ohh thats great! I started my credit card journey exactly an year ago with no cibil. I was a noob back then and made the terrible mistake of multiple enquiries. Axis Flipkart was my first credit card with a measly limit of 27,000/-

Last month on completion of 1 year they offered 77,000/- as increased credit limit. I had recently moved my salary account from HDFC to Axis. After my first salary got credited they offered me an LTF myzone without income verification and simply gave a 3X limit of my last credited salary.

I think having a salary account with Axis really helped. The customer support is really poor for Axis, just want to see if I am even eligible for an upgrade (Since it’s a newly issued card)
