Absolutely. I will close this account after getting card. Agar MyZone approve nahi hua to Airtel wala apply karunga. Agar vo bhi nahi hua to C2C karunga. I don't mind paying 500 and closing savings account with Axis. They already debited consolidated charges +gst on 23rd April. Inko paise kaatna yaad rehta hai, dusra sab bhool jate hai.

Consolidated charges debit karna kabhi nhi bhulte.

Technical issues sirf cashback/RP/Gift voucher ke case m hota hai.

Charges debit Karne ke liye toh VIP IT team hai axis ki , jo ensure karti hai charges are debited monthly on time without any technical issue

I wanted a pre-approved card, hence opened this account.

Card approved today. After 30 days of application. No KYC, nothing. Applied in the March end, got a verification call after a few days of application. That's it. No update for about 25 days. No idea about credit limit.

Customer support even fooled me for a minute saying only spends on Amazon, Croma etc are eligible for 750rs voucher and it is written on the website. I thought terms had changed.

I checked this after the call

What sort of training are they giving to these support people 🤷‍♂️

I will wait since no one received the vouchers

Last Quarter Inka consolidated charges ka khazana nhi bhara hoga,
Aur Mr. Choudhary ki salary pay Karni hogi toh Axis ne socha jo shortfall hai customers ke 750 ke Voucher se pura kar lete hai.

Nov se March tak koi consolidated charge nhi kata tha. Do din pehle yeh wala jhatka bhi lag gya, 5+gst sms charges.. Usse pehle tak account mei 0.63 rupay the, maine wo bhi nikaal liye.. complete nil balance.

Nill Balance bhi hoga toh lien mark kardete hai.

25k spend karne hai kabhi na kabhi toh fund karege hi tab instant set off Kar lete hai

Agar next month ke last week tak voucher nhi diye toh fund nahi karunga.. Seedha close. Aur agr 500 charge karenge close karne ke, toh bolunga ki voucher se kaat lo aur remaining 250 meri taraf se muft ka consolidated charge.

I raised the matter with MD DESK for750 voucher and 5% Cashback and RBI Complaint already pending with them for 5% Cashback .

After Receiving all the benifts, I will give them atleast 10 Account closing form at same time.

There is a column in Closure form I.e, Reason for Account Closure.
Fill that Column using right words that actually describe Axis Bank.

If by mistake someone actually read it , he should get to know why huge Closure requests are received for the same reason across branches that too for Liberty Account only

They don't have vouchers for existing customers as promised for now. They might delay your request. It takes 2-3 days for upgrade. Visit nearest branch and ask for timeline.
