sorry. OP means original poster you were asking the question to. I have a old federal bank account which is dormant. but kyc was on record. so the application only asked for OTP. no vkyc or anything else

Do it I did the same with Fed and SC both of them declined due to unknown reason didn't even ask for ITR .

My city is serviceable by Amex even SC has a branch.
I have 14 Cards includes Amex , Even have Fed Account too though I don't use it much !
