BTW I applied 4 months ago Tata Neo Credit Card but my card has been declined.

Even pre approved will reject, if you had done any application in past 6 months from HDFC.

Yesterday I applied this card(money back with rupay varient) through branch and today I checked status of application then it's showing approved.

I see your screenshot shows you got preapproved offer of CL upto 50k. That can be reason you got approval within one day.
