Hello Guys

I saw like this banner please confirm me this is pre approved or not

BTW I applied 4 months ago Tata Neo Credit Card but my card has been declined.

Can I reapply this pre-approval credit card??

HDFC mailed me that they are offering LTF Millennia, but in the pre approved portal it is still paid.
