Are you sure they don’t consider addon card spends? Can you check what category spends they were?

if an admin or a moderator is willing to mediate then it can be done. else it's risky. I have done such deals in some Facebook groups and admins help to make a deal. you have to transfer the amount to admin, once you receive the service, you can ask admin to release the payment to the other party. They do charge 0.1/0.2% of the deal as a mediator.

It has been credited in last 2 months on several dates. Several users didn't get and got as they complaint. Search through this thread in last 2 months and u will see the posts.
