Total 4 transactions done in this period, one on 1mg, two transaction on YT premium and one wallet load (rs10)

On your Kotak app- service request > help> credit card > my issue is not listed > I want to send an email > Then type your message in the text box and submit.
You have to send the mail via the app, no email id is available.

No charges till date I think if you send sms they will charge you whereas if you manually go to app and increase it yourself they wont charge anything

Yes same woth me happened 2 times in 4 months.
1st my mojo platinum got offer from 100000 to 232000 LE
After that few days ago i got CC upgrade to zen card then again got LE from 232000 to 256000.
