No the only discount is for the tickets price. I think even the convenience charges are not exempted.

So not using this PLAY Card since last month

From last 2 month(july,aug) i load paytm wallet using rbl play card(visa). In july month once my transaction decline but second time its succeed. In august 1st attempt succeed.
