ICICI CARD LIMIT ENHANCEMENT

So I saw a thread here that ICICI is increasing their credit card holders limit. I also tried by sending CRLIM xxxx text to their number, but I got a message stating that my card limit has been enhanced according to a previous request, but their is no enhancement or request given by me so what should be my next step contact customer care or speak with my RM.

In 4 months i did LE from 110000 to 300000 to 500000 to 550000 by sending only ITR documents repeatedly.

So Icici customer care declined & asked me to wait for 6 months from card issuance for LE request. Card was issued on April 2023 😄.

Now got call from ICICI Team & they have raised service request for LE & asked to wait 8 working days. Will know result after that 😂

No bank account with them.

I have 3 Credit cards of Icici.

Icici Amazon pay : 2.25L ( issued in April 2023 ). It is my first Icici card.

Limit is same for Platinum & MMT Signature.

SR922414545 was closed without any update .Upon enquiring I was informed that Sr was closed stating limit increased to 2.5L on Aug 4th but the card limit was already 2.5L previously. Im like what did the agent do?

It's been 3 days since SR is generated for LE. But nothing yet. Cibil was hit as it was manual request.

SR is still open.

The agent had successfully closed his SR(which improves his performance) by providing invaluable "nada" LE to you..

He/She must be thinking everything starts with 0, so your LE too .. What a pity state of mind of ICIC* agents

Ask them to reopen your SR o3 create a new one based on closed SR...

Depends on Agent's desperation to achieve his targets I believe.. 😉 😉 .. Take it easy..

Now I will wait for the response from the original addressee like a good boy sitting in a corner..

Guys,I received call from other branch RM(based on my conversation with my office location RM) who says "Sir,i can raise a request for upgrade/cli but u have to park money in the account,to which i responded "i have maintained 10+L MAB until recently which i have withdrawn due to bad experience with icici &stopped using ur card,why cant u raise a request for upgrade based on that previous maintainance.

He says"abhi wapas rakho we will raise the request and get it done" .

Lets see where this episode goes. Im documenting every email,sms & call to write to PNO/ombudsman incase of any deviation.
