I was getting this error since Friday...

They have done anything on the that day..
They have told me they will call back, but never did...

Today I called them, lost my temper when the lady giving saying
*The matter has been highlighted, plz wait* No timeline & resolution nothing...

After using some nice English words, she solved my problem within 30sec...

I don't know what to say....😑😑

They took 18days to refund my money, i guess the experience differ between us....😅

Yea, but I think mine was a simple issue which could be solved directly on their side, where as yours was a double spent issue which could have resulted in long chain of back and forth between different levels and parties to investigate and do the refund.
