I got it for feature packed Visa Infinite debit card which provides higher cash withdrawal limit & complimentary lounge access with companion. Very few cards provide companion benefit on lounge access.

And it does not have clause like spend 5000 in previous month ( it's there in cc)

Nothing much. Basic questions. Just your signature & PAN Card if at all. This isn't a Credit card application.
