Tata neu Infinity Reapply

Hi Guys,

I have closed tata neu credit card on May 23 as I want to apply from Tata neu infinity but after 3 months also I am still not able to apply tata neu infinity card in app.Can anyone let me know do i need to wait for 6 months to apply again.

I am able to see attached message while reapplying.

I think you have to wait for at least 6 months to reapply again.

Otherwise you can apply from hdfc website but, I won't recommend as there is less chances of approval

Want to apply from tata neu app as there is high chances of getting ltf offer on app

I checked with RM and she is saying applying from website is only option but I don't want to do that because on website its paid card.

They will simply decline the application stating that you already hold a HDFC card. They will ask you to send documents to increase the limit of your existing card.

Yes, I have closed my Tata Neu Card in January and reapplied in October

Same situation is mine. But I have closed my card in January, till now not got the option to reapply.

On 29th September, I was also facing issue in reapply. But On 16 th October, I was finally able to apply. But what went in these 16-17 days is a long fight story.

Did you able to apply it from neu app itself? Did you get ltf?

Yes applied it from tata neu. But didn't got LTF offer.

I closed the card in January. But the closed Card was still linked to Tata Digital Account. Whenever I opened card section in Tata Neu application, it said no HDFC card associated with account was found. But on opening Tata Digital website, I could see my closed Card there.
After that I knew, unless this card is delinked from Tata Digital account, I will not get the option to reapply.
Then I send mail to Tata Neu Team about the same in August. The mail game went for 2 months with 2 mails per week. But no resolution.

But the Real Story Comes:

Just to check what happens when I send mail to CEO of Tata Neu, One fine day in October I sent the mail to Tata Neu Customer service, And In CC gave the Mail Id Of CEO of Tata Neu. Also attached all the screenshot of all of our previous conversation. Now there team started the work seriously. Within 1 week the old card was delinked from the account and I got the option to reapply. I reapplied the same day.

That's the Fight I took to get my work done.

Yes I tried and they rejected with multiple cibil hits.
Then went through "Floater card" option with shared limit after Multiple mails.
Branch guys didn't have any idea but PNO guided branch guys to do the stuff.
They collected some signatures and they sent the form today, let's see what happens.


Most probably I'll get the card within few days.
