think UCO bbps as dead .
Because IMps of uco bank gone massive fraud .they might take help of CBI & stuff .
As far as Idfc is concerned- We have to try new things to see they are giving points on anything or IDfc died its Painful Dead 😅

i don’t think they have credited points even for genuine transactions made after 4th Nov
I mean future uco bbps* idfc dc is dead ..
Points not credited is another issue ..

Indeed.. My IDFC RM is useless & careless.. everytime I call Relationship Manager someone else picks the calls and they say we will arrange a callback with your RM and no one calls back.
Is there any way to change IDFC RM?
Yes, i did changed it but it was different use case.. my preferred RM was replaced by someone else so i sent mail to my RM's manager and asked them to revert my RM to the original one
How do i Change RM in my case?
Try sending mail to bankers team.. in your case you do not know what type of RM you will get next.. for me i wanted idfc to revert my RM to previous one..

Hey guys I did some UCO bbps transaction on 06th November 2023 but I didn't get any rewards points so I called idfc first rewards team to verify it mcc
Today I get reply from that same transaction are eligible for rewards points kindly wait for completion of 14 working days.
So there is hope that we will get rewards points for transaction done upto 6th November 2023
They mentioned mcc code is 9399
Let's hope we will get reward points
