Amazon pay cibil score issue

I had an amazon account from which I was check my cibil and then I deleted my amazon account and created a new account. But now when I tried to check cibil score or apply for Amazon pay later it's showing an error that cibil score has been fetched from another amazon account please login into that account.

I contacted amazon support many time since last 20 days they told me to wait 3 business days everytime.

If anyone had encountered this issue or known any solution to this then please reply.

Do you open new account with same mobile number? New number registered with cibil ?

Well I’m having almost same issue with wired reason while checking my cibil I typed wrong PAN Card number since then it’s saying before u used different PAN Card while checking with my PC
