IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

Spoke to IDFC rewards team getting connected through customer care.

Was told there will be no reward points for Cheq and 99% of PayTM transactions as most are related to CC bill payment. SR has been raised for list of MCC but no response yet.


Has anyone managed to get RP for CC bill payment recently?

Did u got list of MCC eligible for rewards?

actually its been more than 30 days so looks like we can assume they are currently not charging any redemption fees 🤔

What if they levy all charges at once just like they post all reward points all at once after months?

keep 0 bal in acc
and as per rbi guidelines acc bal cannot go into negative
then close acc
then give 10L ip again and open new wealth acc
