Hi,
I am from Tier 3 town. I work in Corporate Sector (MNC).

Any idea if they provide cards to tier 3 ? Because in the site they only mentioned few cities name there.

No they don't provide, they only issue cards if you are live in selected cities mentioned on there website

To apply any amex card you will need ITR or Salary slip, doesn't matter how good your credit score is, you will need those documents than only they will move forward

They are currently not accepting applications, wait till they start accepting then you can apply... most probably tomorrow they will start
