I am seeing a MARK UP FEE NA 19.29 charge in my account statement, I did do a foreign transaction but I have Visa Signature with Mega Tier so ideally I shouldn't see a charge. This mark up fee charge shows a date of 19th Dec, but my transaction was done on 20th Dec. Also the transaction I did was worth 817.36 so even if as per indusind the mark up fee is 2% this charge comes to 2.36%. I used the disposable debit cards for this transaction.

Only signature dc offers zero forex. Clearly mentioned in soc. 2% is exclusive gst.

I was surprised to see international ATM withdrawal fees for December and have asked them to reverse that which if not done I will reach to RBI ombudsman. They informed me that it is chargeable since September 2023 but all I SAID WAS THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT THIS CHANGE and as such You should reverse it.

I will raise to RBI ombudsman because they cant expect me to look at the website everyday for changes and this excuse that we updated it on the WEBSITE IS UTTER BS.

Shouldn't the disposable debit card be an extension of your actual debit card, they in fact say its added protection.

Sad state of affairs if the actual debit card features do not carry over the disposable cards. I guess will have to call them up and confirm.

Naah, they are completely different. No where it is mentioned it is an extension to existing one. It is just for security purpose, if you want to transact one time at a site you don't trust. Added protection to account not dc🤷

Yes no features are carried over the disposable one. Virtual one is visa classic dc.

Can we open without any money and not request for a physical debit card. Or is it mandatory to order physical card and spend 499?

So is it possible to just open the account and see how it is without any money. If it feels ok can then add funds as per category later.

Yes, you can open without funding and access all features other than free signature dc, zero forex and all. Later trf 50k to acc via upi to upgrade

Supports credit via both UPI & NEFT. Once you become megastar, you get unlimited free withdrawal from any domestic ATM and zero bal acct. But there is no web-based access and only app based access. And for some reason, their e-stmt is sorted with reverse date order. Taking these into factor, decide for yourself.

Do they put stupid hold on the amount for high value transaction like Fi, Jupiter and other neo banks?
