How to cancel Fi dc?

I think fi physical dc is now chargeable. I want to cancel it and get virtual only dc.

But could find any option in the app to do it. Can anyone please give me step by step process flow.

here's how you can order a Virtual Debit card :

* On the top right of the home screen, tap on the debit card logo
* Tap 'Card settings'
* Tap on 'Request for New card'
* Select any of the reasons mentioned
* On the next page, you will get option to choose between 'Digital Debit card - free' or Physical Debit card - 199+18% GST

Just block your physical debit card and later apply virtual.

Why will I block and get replacement?

So that you can have Virtual card only, which is your wish.

Since you have physical and virtual card having same details (card number, expiry & CVV). In order to get rid of physical card, you need to block it, in this way, your virtual card will also get blocked and then fresh virtual card will get generated.

However, in order to have physical debit one have to place an order/request, subject to applicable charges.

@ashwink too tried to communicate the same but you weren't trying to understand, better to connect with the Fi/ bank's customer care executive.
