Ways to redeem Kotak IOCL points?

Dear TF Members,
I have Kotak IOCL Rupay Credit Card along with LTF Zen Card.

I have total 5343 points in Kotak IOCL credit card. How I can redeem this point? I have found no information on it on TF.

No option to redeem against instant voucher or cashback.

Kotak customer care is best in my experience.

I got call and email response too from them when I raised similar issue.

If you think it's been too long just give em another heads-up via mail.

It's weekend so non working days. Do note.

For alternative @dan873 you can also get Axis IOCL.
I've Read somewhere in this forum that it is better than Kotak IOCL and gives RPs on UPI payments at IOCL Pumps too.

I Don't have it so can't confirm.

Yes, Axis Indian oil card gives points on UPI transaction at petrol bunks. There is no Sur charge for UPI transaction. Got points even for other than IOCL bunk transaction.

I am using Kotak IOCL Rupay card since September 2023. I absolutely love this card. The redemption process is quite easy using Kotak Mobile App. I have redeemed Rs 500 Flipkart vouchers 4-5 times till now. I purchase IOCL fuel upto Rs 7500 -Rs 8000 on a monthly basis. I have not faced any issue in credit of Kotak Reward Points.

I think it's a UNDER RATED fuel card.
Though i have this RUPAY CC(paid) for more than 1.5 yrs i didn't use it much on FUEL. Maybe 2 or 3 <200 transactions as of now 🤢
Due to its UPI feature i used it elsewhere and have not paid ANNUAL FEE yet but paid JOINING FEE
From now on i have planned to use it effectively on FUEL transactions and test the outcome(RP) of it.

Also do make sure the pos machine is IOCL machine not paytm or pinelabs kind of machine.
