My rewards portal also got blocked. Never earned more than 40k points in a month though Wealth account has limit of 50k per month. They are saying branch people will contact and verify if you did any business transactions to earn points. Has anyone got any experience in getting it unblocked

It will be blocked. You cant unblock. Even if you threaten to close account, they would say close it.

Recently their reward portal underwent some changes as past transactions are showing in top. Earlier it was at bottom. Also I received some more points maybe missing ones for my past transactions since aug 23. After this the portal got blocked

What does blocking exactly entail here? Does it include reward points from Credit card as well?
