Spa access on ICICI emeralde cards

R u sure on this.. As I don't see the mention of spa access on emeralde plastic/private metal on their website

No spa for Emeralde private metal card
All variants of Emeralde PVC have spa access. You can check on dreamfolks app once you have activated and registered the card with them.
OPs question is regarding spa access on two different cards
1) Emeralde aka emeralde pvc
2) Emeralde private metal
These are two different cards..
Emeralde (pvc) comes in visa, MC and Amex variants
For all these , we have unlimited spa access
Where as for Emeralde Private metal (EPM) there is no spa access.

Only thing is the spa ladies are very overworked and exhausted.
According to the terms and conditions, the massage is supposed to be for 30 minutes.
But instead of 30 minutes, they will do only 15 minutes massage and then they say that's enough, we are tired

Only one person for massage and thousands of cards issued

Got the Dreamfolks card today (had to call and ask for it separately as it never came by itself) and the introductory letter says that the Dreamfolks card itself gives the spa access. I was misinformed by the executive on the call that I would only need my credit card for this.
Only for the primary card holder.
Others will get charged, so don't even try it, even if the massage ladies tell you it is free
