750 per quarter is for SBLBR account . not for DC..

I have opened liberty savings account on existing customer id with cashback only credit cards and the same is activated today & I have few issues.
1. E-Debit card details are not reflected on internet banking even though physical card details are shown.
2. Unable to login to edge rewards portal
3. Mobile app still shows credit card UI and the savings account details are not reflected.

Do I have to raise a request or will these resolve by themselves. Do I have to re-install the app ? Any expected timelines ?

E debit card details shall be available in PDF received via welcome e-mail

Reinstall the app once, then account shall be visible in there as well

Another thing, it showed "PRIME" (discontinued savings account variant) in the header in internet banking even before opening saving account. Now even after opening liberty account it still shows as "PRIME"...



Also, they have given option for zero initial funding with only debit card joining fees paid during account opening and the same were refunded after account activation.

The guy insists that my internet banking id is disabled due to inactivity. Immediately after the call the virtual card details automagically appear on both app & internet banking. I assume it was mere coincidence or did the guy unintentionally resolved the issue...

Maine 18 May 5800 rs transaction kiya tha through Liberty Debit card Amazon gift card liya tha uske baad bhi kahi bar transaction kiya tha lekin ek bhi reward points nhi credit hua hai edge reward section pe usme show kr raha hai last updated poins 30 April in debit card section. Pehle agar eligible transaction nhi bhi hota toh history me transaction amount and merchant name show hota tha wo bhi nhi ho rha hai. Kisiko ye problem aaraha hai kya?
