Standard Chartered 2nd card not possible ?

Unable to apply for 2nd card on SC website.
After I click yes on the "Do you have an existing Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card?* " section, it asks me to accept terms and "Proceed to authenticate" --> when I click proceed it redirects to a Errored bill desk page. Check screenshots attached.
I have super value titanium card, can any one help me get the smart card for NPS payments.

Contact your RM if you have one. Otherwise, contact the branch. They might be able to get one for you. I got it via a special approval from the BM. I have their Priority account though.

nowadays SCB giving one card only
i hold 2 cards for long years but last month they closed one
they took my concurrence too

Few months ago I was holding 4 cards,now ave 3 . I closed 1 . In August 2024vthey are completely overhauling credit card system. May be not allowing now.
