No changes in MCC. Points have started being credited since yesterday

But sometimes it takes a few days. I had a similar experience while paying Indusind CC via Canara setu. It was BBPS but credited after 4 or 5 days.

I need to pay around Rs. 63k worth IDFC First Bank CC bill via IDFC First Bank Wealth DC (already crossed Rs. 50k spends this month, so, 2.5% reward rate is already active).

Where should I pay to get the RPs sure shot? Please don't suggest SBI Unipay as I had a horrible experience with them, had to fight for months for refund as there was no proof even in Transaction History for the payment I made.

I've 5k bill of RBL Bank CC as well but that's not available in Airtel and Jio Finance ... any way to pay for it apart from SBI Unipay which will fetch RPs ??

Wait for 14 days then contact support, they will credit it manually
