Yes..the interview at the consulate is done. Visa is issued and received the passport.

They release the slots at any time of the day...seems to be completely random. Keep checking. If you have friends who are trying for the visa, plan the use of accounts as there seems to be a limit on number of times one can login in a day. You will get the much earlier slots within a week or so.
