I am currently using Axis bank kiwi credit card and yesterday got an offer to upgrade to yes bank Kiwi credit card, but when tried to upgrade got an error of unable to fetch credit score. Now how can I upgrade to yes bank kiwi card

No, Will try to connect on call and see what they will say
I think this criteria is there from the card inception, fortunately I don't have any yes bank card
