I did mobile recharge on Paytm and shopping on cred.

The total is still wrong because Amazon spend is 2150. The cashback for Amazon transaction is calculated to 107.

Here is what I think sbi system would've calculated according to mcc. Also, AI Calculations can never go wrong! It's the mcc category which merchant reports to sbi, based on that sbi ai calculate cashback

Total =109rs. If you post actually what you spent(like paid bill, bought gift voucher, paid subscription etc) then it'll be more clear to calculate

189 is YouTube subscription, 395 and 749 is jio recharge. All cred and dreamplug entries are Cred shopping.

Out of 4 columns, what does second and 3rd column denotes?

Amount, 1% cashback, 4% cashback, Total cashback (1%+4%)

Note : SBI cashback is not actually 5% cashback, it is 1% + 4% cashback with min round off

SBI Cashback card has base reward rate of 1% and extra 4% on online non-utility transactions. That's why SBI calculate 1% and 4% separately.

In a table above 2nd column is 1% CB, 3rd is 4% CB and 4th is total CB.

1050 was gas cylinder. All other were actual purchases. I think that I would have received more cb on ICICI Amazon for these transactions compared to what I received on SBI cc.
Simple logic, If it's utility use Apay or Ace (if you have) for other online purchases use cashback card. You can also buy amazon gift card from amazon with cashback card and use that to pay for utility bills.

Can't understand how the cashback earned is 894. Total amt spent is 20545. If it's 1%+ 4% then it should be 1026. How come it's only 894 ? Can someone explain?

If APay considered as Utility Payment. Still you would get minimum Rs. 994.

Exactly. Also the Amazon transaction was a mobile recharge for which i used that trick of adding 10 rupees as APay Balance and then paying the rest amt using CC.

Will customer care solve this issue or do i need to contact/mail someone else?
