I have applied for 811 super and added 5000 also 300 debited as super program fee. But account showing as classic. Is there anyone else faced the same ?

No option for cc bill payment, you can try loading ebixcash which has a limit of 5k daily, so you need to load 5k today and 5k tomorrow
