Customer care didn't know when the T&Cs changed. After you asked them, they referred to the T&Cs and told you it wasn't possible.

But in reality, the case is different.

First mail to lotak pno and wait for their reply.

I and him are waiting for the same.
If they don't reply for max of 30 days then , we have a case for RBIO.
