I've put in posts everywhere and I'm not deleting anything. But i don't know how to ask for compensation without taking them to court. They did return my money with the threat of legal action and consumer grievance.

Ask them directly for compensation or you will go to consumer court for mental harassment that's it.

I agree. I hope people come across this post before taking a decision to use Aeronpay, or any of my other posts on Twitter, Linkedin, etc.

They don't reply to emails. It will only be possible by posting on social media. On Ingram I cannot really ask for compensation. The only real solution is to directly go to consumer court.

Focus on getting real Cashback at the time of using the card. And, take advantage of auto bill payment options given by almost all banks. Even if there is no cash incentive in paying bills.

Primary aim should be timely payment and ABSOLUTELY NO HEADACHE.

Avoid such unregulated n dubious 3rd party Apps/websites. The resultant headache is NOT worth taking the risk for 1% to 3% benefit. Our time, our hard earned 100% money n effort is much more valuable.

We got better things to do than pickup a fight with such fraudulent firms/Apps/websites.

I have raised a complaint to rbi via their email id dont know if it is of any use since someone here said aeronpay is not regulated by rbi. Hope RBIO addresses my concern. Will update the details here after i get a reply from rbi

Update: Just recieved my money back in my credit card today.

DO NOT use Aeronpay or Aeronfly ever. Feel free to harass the CEO Bhavesh Soni at all instances. The guy is a thief.

Not to derail this thread but can someone DM me about transferring negative credit card balance into my bank account. (I have already sent my bank emails to refund the negative balance). Thank you.

Too lengthy process bro, tagging there ceo on every social media and then getting his number and after some harassment they will agree to pay you back.

Update: axis bank rejected my chargeback request, as they claim that the transaction is successful from their end.

Is there any possibility to get my fund back? Since aeronpay is not regulated under RBI what should we do?

Also can banks deny a chargeback request?
Since merchant is not ready to refund then the source bank must help right?

The complaint is not closed by rbi hence i do have some hope to get my funds back. Will update after that.
