You will get 8000 welcome rewards on regular wealth account, try another transaction 1k+

also use firstap RuPay DC for normal base rewards + 10x rewards as per your wealth acc.

visa card mcc code is not eligible + extra conv fee charged.

Are the spends across two cards Wealth and Firstap clubbed for 10x reward calculations? I have made 50k+ transactions on Firstap card this month and want to use Wealth card for advance tax payment. Made a transaction on Feb 18th. Did not receive points, called them twice and raised a ticket on March 1st. They said 10 days more to credit it manually, I escalated to Regional Nodal officer yesterday. They created a new ticket and saying 10 more days !!

They're clubbed. You'll get 10x on both cards now.

I made a 19k payment with my First tap card on 24th Feb on Phonepe ("POS-RUPAY/PHONEPE RECHARGE") and 1k payment on 27th Feb on Phonepe ("POS-RUPAY/WWWPHONEPECOM"). Haven't received points for both these transactions.

I have large bills this month as well. Is it still worth using Phonepe to pay the bills? Or is there another way?

Firstap limit is 1 lakh per day, pay again tomorrow na.

Wait 30 days. if not credit then complaint idfc bank they will manually credit.

Reason for rewards not credited: some new acc or new card is not linked with IDFC rewards system, if you wait 2-3 months all pending rewards will automatically credited or you can complaint after 30 days, IDFC will manually credit.

Im sure now your March month transaction rewards will auto credit

Or do all transactions in the month of March and wait until the end of March.

If the rewards are not credited, file a complaint in April. IDFC will manually credit all the rewards.

Just for your information, those who didn't receive their rewards at the beginning of February filed a complaint, and IDFC manually credited their rewards.

Hey, wait for 30 days and then file a complaint.

New IDFC cards are not linked to the rewards system initially, so rewards don’t get credited automatically at the beginning.

Secondly, IDFC’s rewards system updates every 14 working days, which is why they ask you to wait.

Even if you don’t file a complaint, all pending rewards will automatically be credited after 2-3 months.
