GOT HSBC Live+ Card recently, wanted to apply for Add ON card but have some queries ?

1. Is HSBC add ON card attracts saparate annual fee/Joining?
2. IS HSBC Cashback cap of Rs.1000/Month is aggreagate or saparate for Main and Add ON card?
3.Card Offers on Amazon/Flipkart applies offers to both cards as individual or it count only for main card?

The add-on card holder setting PIN is painful process. Any ideas how one was able to generate?

The customercare says wait for 24hrs, but that never gets generated to either add-on mobile no or to primary number. However, the online merchant tranactins smoothly hittting the addon-holder mobile for otp.

yes its very much painful process. they will send the pin through sms. You dont have a choice the set pin for add on card except for the first time during its activation.

I dont know, who started this speculation about fee on addon card. I atleast didnt got charges for past 3 years. I can't comment again and again for same, when people solely beliving support words. Ask them in written and see the change of wordings or ask another person and see the variance in answers.

If you want to believe check that tncs again, it clearly mentioned "if" thats generalized wordings and applicable on safe side for bank.

FYI, atleast its showing Joing is Nil. So take it and worry during renewal.

Yes, you were right, i have applied an hsbc live+ add-on card for my brother and in form itself it is mentioned that addon card do not have any annual fee.

It's written in T&C, It won't be counted. Spend only on Primary Card

Lounge access update based on my personal experience. I used my primary card for accessing lounge last week. This week used my wife's addon card fro accessing lounge. So lounge access is separate for primary and addon. Once per quarter each.
