The bank has revamped its rewards experience, moving it to the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App ONLY option.
Now, you can redeem your reward points with a refreshed interface and new redemption options.

🔹 How to Access the New Rewards Store?​

1️⃣ Update your App
2️⃣ Login to the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App
3️⃣ Tap on the Menu (☰) in the top left corner
4️⃣ Select "FIRST Rewards"

🛍 Redemption Details: (Same as Before)​

✔️ Redemption Fee: ₹99 + GST (each time)
✔️ Maximum Order Value: ₹10,000 per order
✔️ Maximum Order Value Per Day: ₹10,000

🔄 First Rewards Portal is now merged with the Credit Card Redemption Portal.
❌ Many vouchers are gone, but the best part is that Flipkart and Amazon Shopping Vouchers are still available for redemption.

The 2 problems with new rewards portal is 1) rewards earning history is not visible. 2) if you buy two different vouchers you need to pay redemption fee of 99+gst seperately for both vouchers. There should be an option of adding vouchers to cart and pay single redemption fee per transaction

Second problem is always there bro. The old portal was also not allowed to add the gift voucher to the cart

That issue of buying two different vouchers was there in the previous portal also

I have done a transaction of 1L with Firstap in Phonepay and the rewards didn’t come yet. Should I wait or call customer care. As the rewards are getting credited instantly now.

We need to wait 14 working days to raise a manual credit request.

Bigger amounts take time to credit.

the overall brands available are lesser in number. Had accumulated a few reliance digital vouchers for a mobile phone , but these are no more in the new portal to collect.

Can Amazon shopping vouchers be used for electronics , specially in bulk for a phone? Also anybody knows if the older brands would be available later on based on customer care convo ?

yes, use the points to buy ASV (not Apay). I redeemed INR 10k worth of vouchers to purchase OP13 R recently, it worked. However, if you're trying to club it with NCEMI, ; NCEMI will not work
