I have redeem hp pay voucher on idfc shopstacc reward portal. Gift card is 16 digit alphanumeric code. I am not able to add this gift card in HP pay app. How to redeem it kindly help me ?

just yesterday i visited an HP pump. they were willing to assist but in their POS machine under pay voucher only numbers are taken, not alphabets. So unable to redeem it.

u can ask the rewards team about redemption issue. also can reach out to HP as well.

16 digit voucher code entered in the POS machine. That's it. He told they have hp pay app also he tried frist in the app but voucher code wrong msg came after that tried in the POS machine and than it successful.
