You are concerned about 250 RPs whereas I didn't get almost 10K RPs till now for the txns done on 21st Mar. With IDFC, it's better to wait and see instead of getting desperate.

W.e.f 25th March, 2025 - Now all your transaction and 10x rewards are instantly credited using IDFC Firstap RuPay Debit Card (update your IDFC app).

Old transaction rewards will credit within 45 days.

Yep, got it. Amazing experience tbh except the call kept getting disconnected and their voice was also cutting when i called, but when they called me back, the process was flawless. They gave me whole statement that what I have gotten for what.

Anyways, funny part is they have given me 8k points for 1st tap card already as she confirmed but they haven't given me 8k points for visa infinite card yet.

Also I have gotten mar points but feb points they said when u ordered the 1stap card, and u did all trxns from that, the card wasn't mapped with rewards portal. But now it is mapped. She took my req. confirmed all trxns for feb too and put in manual req. and gave me ETA for 7-10 days.

Correct except the transactions done for bill payments in selected cases like if u do a BP for 1rs and it get's reversed, and then u do it again, u won't get 250 automatic monthly points. Customer care rewards team confirmed me that as it got reversed and 250 pts are for 1st Bill pay trxn hence I didn't got instant points. They said the 2nd try points of 250 u will get in few days not instantly. This is the logic they gave me.

Should I try using my visa infinite card now again? as since the account was upgraded to wealth, I have done just 1 trxn in total since feb when the acc was opened. Now only one 8k welcome points either on wealth or firsttap. It was supposed to be this way but seems there was bug people were getting for both. Now seems it is corrected. You have already got 8k welcome points and that's all. I was also late to party missed on firsttap.

Now only one time you will get welcome rewards, primary card or firstap RuPay debit card.

for me, they told me from feb till today as I hadn't received the points from feb. I did got some points here and there but all phonepe trxns weren't getting points.

Guys Till Now Mine is Normal Idfc Account. Just Now Upgraded to wealth. I already have a first tap idfc card before. While activating wealth debit card it is giving me an error. Without wealth debit card activation If I use First Tap will it considered under wealth rewards section.

Wait for a day... the error will resolve. Happens om day 1 for new card. Should be fine tomorrow morning

Yes it will count with respect to wealth segment. Even you can use existing visa card that too will fetch rewards according to wealth tier.
