PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

Kisi ko recently PNB ka card delivered hua h? Kis courier se aaya tha, if yes?

I upgraded my card to select and was delivered on 1st Aug by Delhivery courier. Worst courier service imo.

Today I noticed a strange thing. I fetched my new CIBIL report today and when I looked at the accounts, I found that PNB has shown two accounts for a single card. I don't know what kind of system they have.

Normally their billing date for Rupay Select is 21st of every month, but you could change this to you desired date.

Actually many years ago I had pnb savings account but now I forgot its account number and customer ID so unable to login to pnb app through any means.

Following this I applied pnb platinum credit card last week and its approved today. Can someone please help me login to the application before the card arrived as I am unable to do so.

I got the lying discrepant message and they are asking itr of 23-24 ,but my business started in 2023 and I filed for 24-25 i submitted this itr while applying for cc,

Unable to proceed further in Video KYC. It always show this. Both in Hindi & English executives always remain busy. I tried in every hour yesterday and today too it is same thing.

Today is Holiday.
So try tomorrow at 0945 and later.

I have continuously clicked on the call now button for 15 mins before the agent showed up around 4.15pm. Apparently there is some issue with my vkyc which got the application rejected
