Did not got cashback for Maximize with Sbi Cashback card. Payment date 13 April, Payment settled in SBI Card app but cashback amount is not updated.

I did a transaction of Rs5000 on maximize but money got deducted and i haven't received gv. Its also not showing in maximize orders page. I received mail regarding transaction success but no transaction in my orders section is showing. What should I do now?

Update - I called customer care support and sent email of transaction successful details and within 10mins gv was sent to me. Impeccable and prompt service

Not paid. Faced similar issue. 20k gift vouchers not auto generated. Called maximize customer care, got the vouchers within minutes.

On another note, is there a way to bypass 30k limit on maximize?

For one the merchant name is RAX*MAXIMIZE Mumbai MHIN
and for other one it's RAX*MAXIMIZE Mumbai IN.i know the first one works but
will the second one fetch 5%cashback

I bought 10k voucher and got RAZ*MAXIMIZE in SMS. No mumbai or RAX.. Will update after 48 hours if cashback is credited.
