Bill payments including CC bill payments are now live on the SaveSage app, do give it a try and share feedback. We also have a surprise in store for all our users who make a payment.
Have already done a payment and it was instant. Want to see what the "surprise" is.
A few gripes with the latest update :
1. I don't want to give email access and yet it's been showed as a pending action right in the front page. This will irritate users like me that have mild ocd to be forced to give just to get the notification to go away. I'm not happy with that. It's basically forcing email access through a customer psychology exploitation tactics .
2. It shows what membership tier I belong to and till when it's active. But doesn't show what all memberships I purchased and when. For example , timesprime clearly shows the purchase date of membership and stuff.
3. Why is there no option to select bill already paid ?
4. Amex either pools points for users or doesn't. In my case it does, yet my trifecta has 3 different point values shown . There could be a button that says pool My points.
5. Some of my cards even after so many months still have xx in their number . Maybe your app couldn't properly identify it since there is no email access. Why is there no option for me to manually map the numbers ?
6. Idfc cc has an option to setup a virtual rupay card as a tag to one's main card where any transaction done with the rupay is counted and billed to the original card. So this shows folks like me having two idfc card. Why is there no option which lets me tag a card as a rupay tag card so it works better and counts to my wealth ?
7. Yes marquee reward redemption option shows RBL icon
8. When I open any segment like rewards or fees or whatnot , exiting that view doesn't take me to the card for which I initially viewed the information but just scrolls to a random spot in the credit card tab.
9. There is a 1.18% convenience fee for using debit card to make bill payments. Marketing that your product is now also allowing bill payments with 1.18% convenience fee in DC , in a community that's known for min maxing every ounce of rewards possible doesn't sound like a well thought out decision.
