Just completed SBM Re-KYC. Almost 1 hour on wait list to connect to an agent because I didn't schedule the call.
Trick is to schedule a call, (you can schedule even next minute).
Scheduled calls have higher priority as compared to Connect with Agent Now option.
After schedule, I was connected in 10-15 mins. (Not good, but way better than other option).
So, since AmEx Plat Charge has do anything Concierge.
Hypothetically, I can ask them to get me an AmEx offer for AF waiver on Plat Charge Card. 🤔
The Concierge person will be like:
There should be a group for LTF Cards and tricks on getting cards either new as LTF or upgraded as LTF. Some ethical/non ethical tricks, but stuff which public (and specially copy pasting Tubers) shouldn't see.

IDFC First has a cooldown period of 3 months (I think that's pretty good as compared to other cards of 6 months and BOB like banks of 12 F**k!ng months).
So, in February now will start pushing again for Wealth. Let's see.

For anyone who doesn't know. If you call AmEx and ask them to credit additional point for PlatTravel CC, they will. 1.9L -> 7.5K MR, 4L -> 15K MR Points.
I got my points credited since I opened the account 3 years ago. I hit 2 full and 1 half.
