The feature of Generating a Policy sample is such a good feature. This reduces the onboarding steps. So much better. I think I will start recommending Cashfree PG to my clients (specially because Razorpay cannot onboard new merhants).

Just completed SBM Re-KYC. Almost 1 hour on wait list to connect to an agent because I didn't schedule the call.

Trick is to schedule a call, (you can schedule even next minute).
Scheduled calls have higher priority as compared to Connect with Agent Now option.
After schedule, I was connected in 10-15 mins. (Not good, but way better than other option).
