For the past three weeks, I have been trying to apply for Axis Neo. Since I hold two Axis credit cards, the OTP never arrives, no matter what. I can apply through the Axis app, but it's not a lifetime free (LTF) card.
So, I applied for the Gold Charge card 2 months ago, received 2k points for a 5k spend, and I won't receive another 4k points for the FYF paid of 1180/-? I thought it would get credited, but I called Amex and it's all automatic - points get credited, so 4k additional points, right?
