yes, but this error is new, no history of transaction, email support isn't even responding, last time they at least acknowledge we received your email wait for few days, this time nothing

I’m not getting points for using Indus DC through Unipay. Before it used to get rejected in 2-3 days but now that is not the case. Can someone help if you’re getting RPs?
 
Anyone got the FI 2% cashback for the month of September? I didn’t get it yet. It was supposed to be credited on 5th October

Any update? Did you get refund? Can you see them in your Transactions?
 
New update from IDFC it seems now they're taking 10 working days after raising query for manual credit.

So that means roughly points will be credited in 1.5 - 2 months from the date of txn... 14 working days for auto credit of points and if not credited within that time they'll take more 10 working days to credit manually.

Yes I got the same message. Manual credit takes about 10 working days. Before it was 3 working days

If we pay using an IndusInd Bank World Mastercard through PayZapp, will we get reward points? And can someone please tell me what its MCC code is?

No-one here clearly knows. Try a small amount and wait for 5 working days. If you get, do inform here.
 
One of my CC payments via Canara Setu failed on Sep 27 and I have already lodged a complaint on https://billpe.setu.co/. Money is deducted from account but is not credited to card. There are no updates and it is more than 10 days now. Anyone knows what to do or any other route to get this resolved?

Similar issue happened with me ultimately raised a chargeback with idfc they've refunded...
