there's none!! i used quick pay, and after payment got "Request URL was Rejected", now if i go to transactions, it shows me last months transation, and support hasn't even responded to my email since Thursday

yes, but this error is new, no history of transaction, email support isn't even responding, last time they at least acknowledge we received your email wait for few days, this time nothing

I paid 20k bill twice yesterday via Unipay and it failed both times and the money got deducted from HDFC. Today, I can the reward points for both transactions. Are they going to reverse the reward points when Unipay refunds for the failed transactions?

Any update? Did you get refund? Can you see them in your Transactions?

New update from IDFC it seems now they're taking 10 working days after raising query for manual credit.

So that means roughly points will be credited in 1.5 - 2 months from the date of txn... 14 working days for auto credit of points and if not credited within that time they'll take more 10 working days to credit manually.

Yes I got the same message. Manual credit takes about 10 working days. Before it was 3 working days

Amex is not on BBPS, forget about rewards.

Just pay it directly.

Similar issue happened with me ultimately raised a chargeback with idfc they've refunded...
